We are seeking a dynamic media leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. This role will oversee the strategic direction, growth, and integration of our Integrated Media and AdOps departments while also rolling up their sleeves to directly impact client work. This individual will be a proven and experienced driver of large, innovative, results-oriented media and performance marketing campaigns for major brands – including strategy for all key paid media channels.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading teams and driving execution, with a strong foundation in traditional media and expertise in digital platforms. This is not just a leadership role, but a leader-doer opportunity for someone who wants to guide teams while staying close to the work.

Serve as a member of executive leadership team, helping shape the overall strategic direction of the agency. Play an active role in new business development, from strategy and RFP responses to pitch participation and relationship building. Lead, manage, and mentor the Media, Performance Marketing, and AdOps departments, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Operate as both a high-level strategist and a hands-on practitioner on key accounts, setting direction while engaging directly in planning, execution, and optimization to drive measurable results. Champion innovation and drive adoption of new media channels, partners, and technologies, and bring innovation to clients on a regular basis. Drive the integration and optimization of channel planning and execution. Continuously survey pulse of client and client industry needs to prompt and feed innovative ideas/solutions to media, performance marketing team and other agency departments. Build and hone deep and trusting relationships with decision makers/influencers at key clients to foster new business opportunities. Educational Requirements & Qualifications –
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred 15+ years of agency-side integrated media experience, with leadership across national/global brands Proven experience overseeing Media, Performance Marketing, and Ad Operations teams Comprehensive grasp of how all major channels work together to drive growth, complemented by practical experience executing across many of them Strong track record with both B2C and B2B marketing Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with clients, prospects, vendors, and internal teams Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and adoption of new platforms, tools, and technologies Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines Proactive, curious, and self-motivated, staying on top of evolving media, technology, and business trends Salary Range: $157,000 – $250,000 annually *Salary differential is based on seniority, merit, education, training and experience.
