Job Description The
Account Executive – Loyalty Marketing
role is responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of select loyalty marketing programs at Epsilon. This role partners closely with senior account leadership and cross‑functional teams to help deliver high‑quality programs, manage day‑to‑day activities, and support client needs in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of Tier 3 loyalty marketing programs, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines
Assist with program kickoffs and help create and maintain project plans to ensure internal and external teams are aligned on requirements and deliverables
Manage daily project activities and timelines escalating risks and issues as needed
Maintain strong working relationships with clients through regular communication and responsiveness
Ensure creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and established style standards
Coordinate with production and cross‑functional teams to help manage schedules and ensure deliverables are completed on time
Facilitate internal and client approvals, markups, and routing processes
Maintain accurate and organized program documentation in accordance with operational processes
Contribute ideas and recommendations to support program improvements and operational efficiencies
Qualifications
Strong initiative, accountability, and willingness to learn
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities
Ability to translate direction and client feedback into clear next steps
Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a larger team
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2–4+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or project management
Experience with CRM, loyalty, card, or automotive programs a plus
Familiarity with project management tools and processes

Compensation Range: $50,065- $63,200 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
