Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a team. You will primarily handle standard accounts, with occasional exposure to high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
Compensation Package
Salary Range:
$55,000 - $60,000 annually

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market personal lines accounts, primarily standard accounts with some HNW clients.
Handle renewals, marketing, and new business processes.
Quote new and renewal business as required.
Collaborate with assistants and account managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain organized and accurate records in AMS360 software.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications:
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in personal lines account management.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational skills, a proactive "go-getter" attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
