OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing proactive guidance on coverage, renewals, market conditions, and risk management to drive strong retention
Lead renewal and marketing strategy by analyzing exposures, negotiating with carriers, preparing and presenting renewal proposals, and ensuring accurate policy placement and issuance
Collaborate closely with Producers, Account Managers, and internal specialists to deliver seamless client service while allowing Producers to focus on new business development
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5+ years of commercial insurance experience
Active Property & Casualty insurance license
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance markets
Excellent communication and organizational skills
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Base salary range is $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
