Responsibilities
Process bulk sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant
Coordinate with various internal departments, including sales, logistics, and finance, to facilitate the fulfillment of bulk orders
Communicate with clients to confirm order details, provide updates on order status, and address any inquiries or concerns
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, including customer information, order details, and payment status.
Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to support decision‑making.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability for bulk orders.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
