We’re looking for
experienced, detail-oriented pros
who can lead residential HVAC installations with precision and pride.
You must have:
3–5 years of verifiable experience as a Lead Installer
Strong knowledge of:
Residential Split Systems (AC & Heat Pumps)
Air Handlers
Gas Furnaces
Package Units
Ductless Mini-Split Systems
Valid EPA Certification
Up-to-date knowledge of Florida residential HVAC codes
Clean driving record & valid driver's license
Ability to pass a felony background check and pre-employment drug test
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
