Responsibilities
Support the Community Manager by achieving occupancy and rental goals, maintaining a closing percentage of at least 30%, responding to inquiries, managing leasing activities, and preparing rental traffic reports.
Assist the Community Manager with overall operations by promoting positive resident relations, handling complaints, collecting rent, and supervising staff to promote teamwork.
Maintain the property’s appearance by performing daily exterior and interior inspections, ensuring curb appeal, cleanliness, maintenance, and safety procedures are followed.
Provide excellent customer service, meet and exceed company standards for resident satisfaction, be available on a 24‑hour emergency basis when scheduled, and plan/participate in community activities and other projects.
Perform other duties as needed.
Position Requirements Physical & Cognitive:
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safely. Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds.
Driver must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record with company insurance carrier.
Driver must have reliable means of transportation.
Driver must provide proof of personal auto liability insurance when using vehicles for company business.
Qualifications Education:
High School or better.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in customer service or related field.
