Overview
Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat has the highest volume of MOPAR vehicle sales in Portland, OR. To keep up with our expanding dealership, we renovated our entire facility and upgraded all of our Service Department equipment. We are aggressively pursuing Automotive Technician/Mechanics to join our Service team.
Responsibilities
Diagnose automotive problems as they arise.
Conduct inspections, repair engine failures, repair mechanical and electrical systems, and replace parts.
Comply with manufacturer specifications throughout the repair/servicing process.
Mentor and help other technicians on the Service Team.
Compensation and Benefits Flat-Rate Pay – the pay rate depends on certifications and experience but ranges from $30 - $45/hour for Technicians.
$50 - $75 per hour with an Apprentice!

Qualifications
1-2 years of experience as a Certified Technician.
ASE Certifications.
Valid Driver’s License.
Personal Tools.
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
