Senior Associate – Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Compensation
As a Compensation Senior Associate within CCB, you will be tasked with maintaining a crucial balance of business acumen, organizational agility, strategy development, and analytical capability to promote initiatives that directly support these functions. Your responsibilities will encompass market data and analytics, compensation trend analyses, offer review, business aligned incentive plan support, and annual compensation cycle administration and reporting.
Job Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end annual compensation planning, reporting, and administration support, involving global coordination across multiple clients and/or line(s) of business
Continually assess market conditions and pay practices of compensation plans and programs
Participate on cross-functional project teams as appropriate to support alignment within the broader Compensation Department
Review and approval of offer packages to ensure the firm is following industry trends and compliance with guidelines
Support the administration, governance, and processing of business aligned incentive plans
Leveraging partners and firm-wide resources to achieve desired outcomes efficiently and with consistency across lines of business, where appropriate
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelors’ degree with 4 years of Human Resources, Data Analytics, or Finance experience
Exceptional/advanced Microsoft Office skills; PowerPoint and Excel
Strong technical skills including the ability to create presentations and analysis to convey complex metrics to senior leaders
Self-starter with desire to explore concepts and create data focused solutions
Proven consulting skills; ability to manage business goals through Human Resource/Compensation strategies and address issues/devise solutions with creativity and innovation
Ability to work collaboratively and to cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with internal and external clients and colleagues
Well-developed analytical skills; strong planning and project management skills
Desire to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment; ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple priorities
Good planning skills, with the ability to connect all related components
