
Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced transactional paralegal to support attorneys handling commercial real estate and infrastructure-related matters. This role works closely with legal teams and operational staff to help manage transactions from initial diligence through closing and post-closing administration. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a collaborative, client-service environment.
Core Responsibilities Transaction Support
Review title commitments and surveys and assist with preparation of comments and follow-up correspondence
Coordinate transaction closings, assemble signature packages, and maintain closing records
Prepare and maintain closing checklists and track completion of transaction requirementsOrganize executed documents and prepare final binders and electronic records
Assist attorneys with document summaries, including leases and related agreements
Corporate & Filing Coordination
Obtain certificates of status and formation documents from state agencies
Coordinate entity filings, amendments, and related registrations
Order and track lien searches and related public records searches
Coordinate filings with governmental and recording offices
Retrieve filed documents and maintain organized records systems
Support due diligence review and document organization
Assist with preparation of organizational and governance documents
Manage audit confirmation requests when required
Maintain standard forms and precedent materials
Administrative & Team Support
Prepare client materials for distribution or production
Assist with daily matter management tasks and internal requests
Communicate with internal staff, vendors, and external contacts as needed
Perform additional duties related to transactional support as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
Approximately 3-5 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Experience supporting commercial real estate transactions or similar corporate work
Familiarity with legal research platforms and online public record systems
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to quickly learn internal databases and document management systems
Strong proofreading and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively across teams and communicate professionally
Hybrid schedule with regular in-office presence required
Occasional overtime may be necessary to meet transaction deadlines
Periodic schedule flexibility during peak deal activity
Limited travel may be required
