
Responsibilities
Mortgage Servicing Specialist in Saint Louis, MO. Entry-level role supporting various channels. Act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.
Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
Initiate third‑party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood certification, credit, etc.)
Review and validate loan documents
Handle routine calls, e‑mail and/or chat responses
Monitor work queues and intervene as needed
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s culture and values
Requirements
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
Mortgage‑industry experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
Pay & Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
