Job Description Location:

Remote (Eastern Standard Time preferred)

Pay Rate

$15/hr - Spanish

$16/hr - Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Bengali (Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking designated language.)

Why You’ll Love This Role Join a fast-paced remote customer service team supporting health plan enrollment services. You’ll help clients understand their healthcare options, assist with enrollment, and provide top‑notch support in a high‑volume environment.

What You’ll Do

Answer inbound calls and help clients with enrollment questions

Explain managed care options and assist clients in selecting a health plan

Review enrollment forms for accuracy and completeness

Support the New York Medicaid CHOICE Project

Escalate issues to supervisors when needed

Work some Saturdays (required)

Provide excellent customer service in a professional call‑center environment

Schedule Training (mandatory)

4 weeks full‑time

Mon‑Fri | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Post‑Training (minimum 4 days/week)

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Must be available

Mon‑Fri | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST

Sat | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

What You Need

High school diploma or equivalent

1‑2 years call center experience preferred

Strong computer and typing skills

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to learn new systems quickly

Experience in human services or public‑facing roles is a plus

Remote Equipment Requirements (BYOD) You must have your own equipment that meets the following:

Windows 10 or macOS Catalina (10.15) or newer

Wired USB headset with microphone (Bluetooth not allowed)

Reliable internet (min 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)

No Chromebooks, or Macbooks or mobile hotspots as primary connection
