We are looking for a
Business Development Manager
to join our winning team, specializing in Warehousing, Production, Assembly, Manufacturing in the North Atlanta area. This is a permanent – internal position which includes sales and recruiting responsibilities. Candidates need to have experience and success in either B2B sales, retail sales, account management, or other client facing sales experience of at least 2 years.
Our
Business Development Managers
are responsible to sell our digital staffing services by identifying prospects and developing client relationships. Our B2B sales focus includes making outbound cold calls, texts, emails, using social media and having on-site client meetings. Sourcing/interviewing and making the right Talent match is vital to the success of this role!
Desired Qualifications:
Recent experience in sales for the staffing/recruiting industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and clients.
Experience in sales or a strong interest in developing sales skills, as the role involves elements of sales and negotiation.
Some customer service experience can be beneficial, as it involves dealing with people and understanding their needs.
The ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously is crucial.
Being goal-oriented and able to work towards meeting specific recruitment targets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and clients.
Patience and Persistence these qualities are important for dealing with various clients and candidates and for the sometimes lengthy recruitment process.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
Lead and drive business development strategy manage, train, and mentor staff to develop talent within the branch office
Explore the market for prospective clients that can benefit from our services
Find opportunities to grow service relationships with existing clients
Cultivate client trust through exceptional service delivery and follow through
Collaborate on projects, such as implementation of new technology and tools
Develop relationships and partnerships
Keep client management system and paperwork up-to-date
Pay Range:
$60,000-$100,000/year + commission + benefits (Plans offered: 401K, medical/dental/vision/disability/life insurance, maternity leave)
