Responsibilities

Offer high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies

Skillfully handle and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience

Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference and improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions and improve service quality

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to clients

Requirements

Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous

Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing inquiries

Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus

Able to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining team collaboration
