Responsibilities
Assist Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to PayPal services and accounts
Provide accurate information regarding transactions, billing, and account management
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining quality and consistency in service delivery
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and adherence to company policies
Stay informed about PayPal\'s offerings, updates, and security measures to provide accurate guidance
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, ideally in financial technology or e-commerce
Strong communication skills with a focus on building customer relationships
Ability to effectively manage conflicts and provide resolution for customer issues
Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
