This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy assisting customers in navigating digital financial services. You will provide exceptional support in Dutch, ensuring clients have a seamless experience with their digital wallet services.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries related to digital wallet services, account management, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
Provide detailed information about features, benefits, and security protocols to enhance customer understanding
Guide customers through troubleshooting and problem resolution with their digital wallets
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up
Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate solutions and support
Stay informed about the latest developments in digital payment solutions to better assist customers
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
Experience in customer service, preferably in the fintech or digital wallet sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital payment technologies is a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to new challenges
