In this role, you will assist clients in Dutch, helping them navigate the company's software products and providing exceptional support. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries related to the SaaS products via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch
Guide users through product features, functionalities, and troubleshooting steps
Assist customers with onboarding, account setup, and subscription management
Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
Document customer interactions accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Collaborate with product and technical teams to enhance the customer experience
Stay updated on product updates and industry trends to provide informed support to customers
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the tech or SaaS industry, is preferred
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain software functionalities clearly
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Must be willing to relocate to Greece or work remotely from Greece
