As a member of our dedicated team, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries related to health technology products and services while communicating effectively in Dutch. Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries related to health technology products, services, and functionalities via phone, email, and chat in Dutch Provide comprehensive information on product features, usage guidelines, and troubleshooting Assist customers with account-related questions and technical support as necessary Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up Collaborate with technical teams to provide timely feedback and improve customer experiences Stay updated on new product developments and healthcare industry trends to offer informed support Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus Experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-driven mindset Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a remote setting Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is desirable Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Benefits
