Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries regarding property management services, rental agreements, and property listings via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
Provide comprehensive information about available properties and assist clients with the leasing process.
Support customers with any issues related to their rentals and coordinate with maintenance teams as needed.
Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and document outcomes in the CRM system.
Work closely with property management and other departments to improve service delivery.
Stay informed about local property markets to provide up-to-date information to clients.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is highly desirable.
Experience in customer service, preferably in property management or real estate.
Strong communication skills and a personable approach to client interactions.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and customer focus.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
