As a representative, you will assist clients in Dutch, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience with the company's services.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to FinTech services, account management, and financial transactions via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
Provide accurate information about financial products, pricing, and features available to customers
Assist customers with technical issues related to the FinTech platform and ensure effective resolutions
Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping and follow-up
Work collaboratively with the finance and technical teams to improve service delivery
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide relevant advice
Qualifications
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the FinTech or financial services sector
Strong communication skills with a focus on being customer-oriented and professional
Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to address financial inquiries effectively
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with financial platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
Relocation to Greece is required for this position
