We are hiring for a Landscape Porter to join our Frederick Maintenance team.
Hourly Rate:
$18-20/hour
Hours:
40-45 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Empty trashcans on site
Clean a single stall bathroom
Walk the site to pick up miscellaneous trash/debris
Dust for cobwebs under store awnings, lamp posts, and window sills
Operate a backpack blower to blow leaves and debris
Occasional pressure washing of concrete sidewalks
Additional tasks per request of manager
Qualifications:
Authorized to work in the United States
At least 21 years old
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) screening
Able to pass a drug screening
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Ability to stand and walk for up to 7 hours per day
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Strong communication skills to interact with customers and supervisors
Provide references from past employment
