Senior Director, Technology Governance, Portfolio & Administration
provides independent governance, oversight, and assurance across the Americas Technology organization. The role is focused on standards enforcement, transparency, control, and escalation to ensure disciplined decision-making and adherence to enterprise and Group Technology frameworks. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Define, maintain, and govern regional Technology governance frameworks aligned with Group standards and ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, security policies, and regulatory obligations Maintain clear decision-right frameworks, escalation paths, and documented governance forums, independently challenge deviations from standards and ensure timely escalation and remediation Provide governance oversight of Technology portfolio intake, prioritization, and demand processes, ensuring transparency across Technology initiatives, investments, dependencies, and capacity constraints Provide independent portfolio insight, risk visibility, and exception reporting to Technology leadership Define and govern common PMO standards, reporting cadences, and delivery hygiene across the region Provide governance and oversight of Technology financial controls, cost transparency, and reporting; partner with Finance and Procurement to ensure compliance with approved budgets, vendor governance standards, and financial controls Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of reporting to regional and Group Technology leadership QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Experience in Technology governance, assurance, audit-facing, or enterprise control roles Experience operating in complex, matrixed, multi-business environments Strong exposure to internal controls, audit, risk, and compliance disciplines Ability to influence senior stakeholders through governance challenge rather than execution ownership Please note:
