CTG is seeking to fill a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer position for our client.

Duties
Design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and Customer Service modules).
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 using out-of-the-box features, workflows, business rules, and form customizations.
Develop plug-ins, custom workflow assemblies, and client-side scripting using JavaScript.
Build integrations using REST, OData, JSON, and related web services.
Create and maintain SSRS reports using SQL and FetchXML.
Develop and execute data migration and integration mappings using SSIS and other tools.
Utilize XRM tooling and best practices for solution packaging and deployment.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system defects and performance issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure all development follows established coding standards, security practices, and governance guidelines.
Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
Skills
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales & Service) customization and development.
Strong development skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Plug‑in development and custom workflow assembly creation.
CRM form scripting and client-side customization.
Experience with REST APIs, OData, AJAX, and JSON.
SSRS reporting using SQL and FetchXML.
Experience with SSIS for data migration and integration.
Proficiency with XRM tools and solution management.
Understanding of Dynamics AX concepts, including X++, workflows, and configuration (preferred).
Knowledge of application architecture, integration patterns, and development best practices.
Experience
5+ years of experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
Hands‑on experience with full lifecycle development, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems.
Proven experience troubleshooting complex business application issues.
Experience working in an Agile or structured SDLC environment preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
