As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in generating leads and scheduling appointments for our dedicated sales team.
Responsibilities
Reach out to potential clients in the Dutch/Flemish-speaking market to identify and generate leads
Present our services effectively to schedule appointments for the sales team
Conduct follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and confirm appointments
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduled appointments within our CRM system
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to sales discussions
Provide feedback to improve lead generation strategies and appointment-setting processes
Stay abreast of industry trends and product offerings to engage prospects effectively
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client appointments
Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software
A proactive, self-motivated individual with a team-oriented mindset
