As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate contact with Dutch and Flemish-speaking prospects to generate and qualify leads
Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and secure appointments for the sales team
Conduct follow-up communications with leads to nurture relationships and confirm scheduled appointments
Maintain detailed records of interactions, progress, and appointments in our CRM system
Work in collaboration with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointment setting to sales discussions
Provide valuable insights and suggestions on lead quality and appointment-setting strategies
Stay informed about industry trends and updates to communicate effectively with prospects
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is advantageous
Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage potential clients
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client interactions
Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software applications
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and adapt to a new environment
