Customer Service Representative
to join our team onsite in Las Vegas, NV. In this role you will support sales representatives, operation center teams, customers, and vendors to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Work Authorization To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Your Shift
Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
Onsite at 4151 N Pecos Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89115
Your Responsibilities
Act as a dedicated (but not exclusive) CSR for each account or assigned Sales Representative or Account Manager
Anticipate internal and external customers’ needs whenever possible and respond quickly and accurately
Document and maintain SOPs as needed for accounts, including processes between customer and operation center
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience
Assist Sales in understanding details of products, pricing and processes
Accurately translate and communicate customer project requirements to multiple production facilities for pricing and to facilitate timely production of the end product
Receive complaints via phone from Sales Representatives and/or customers and document details in the operating system
Monitor inventory levels and issue purchase orders as necessary to ensure product availability for customers
Demonstrate flexibility in dealing with the personal and stylistic differences of internal and external customers
Represent the company and its products in a courteous and professional manner
Partner with sales representatives to build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide back‑up territory coverage (via phone) in the Sales Representatives’ absence
You Must Have
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of previous customer service or customer support experience
Previous printing experience – digital, offset and/or large format printing preferred
Effective written communication skills and the ability to create short correspondence and memos for a variety of audiences
Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to present information one‑on‑one and in small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization in person or via phone
Effective time‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
We Would Prefer
Excellent problem‑solving, follow‑up and organizational skills
In‑depth knowledge of company product and services: direct mail and digital print knowledge would be helpful
Knowledge of commonly‑used concepts, practices and procedures within customer service, such as estimating, order processing, order editing and outside vendor (mill) relations
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19 – $23. The actual wage offered depends on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location from which the applicant will perform the job.
