A Body Shop Estimator ensures that Customers and Insurance Companies receive prompt, courteous service while maintaining a 100% quality minded operation.
Duties:
This position serves as a liaison between Insurance Companies and Clients.
Accurately assess collision damage, provide documentation, implement and follow process, accurately keep work files and paperwork updated, and provide strong communication to both customers and insurance providers
Estimators take ownership of the Customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Estimators help distribute work between technicians and painters
Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
Build strong, long lasting Insurance Company Relationships

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of collision estimating experience in a collision center or dealership
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Automotive knowledge and experience preferred
DealerTrack experience preferred
Experience with CCC, Mitchell, PartsTrader, preferred
