Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-brand marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and growth priorities.

Translate organizational vision, thought leadership, and founder voices into compelling digital storytelling.

Build integrated campaign calendar that spotlight key initiatives, programs, events, and client engagement opportunities.

Develop original, high-quality content (written, visual, and video) including graphic design, designed for impact across multiple platforms.

Partner with leadership to craft thought‑leadership posts, blogs, and articles that reflect brand expertise and perspective.

Maintain consistency of messaging, tone, and visuals to strengthen brand recognition and trust.

Repurpose coaching, consulting, and community content into accessible, audience‑specific formats.

Establish, optimize, and manage social media platforms (Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others as needed).

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing marketing, social media management, digital communications, and email campaigns for a brand or company

Extensive hands‑on experience with Wix, building, managing, and optimizing websites, including integrations for events, loyalty programs, and community platforms.

3+ years experience of Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other major platforms - experience using scheduling and analytics tools.

Excels in both operating and strategy level (campaign planning, brand positioning) and the execution level (content creation, posting, and reporting).

Proven ability to create engaging written, visual, and video content that aligns with brand voice and resonates with diverse audiences.

Strong ability to track, analyze, and report on marketing and engagement metrics, with experience turning insights into actionable improvements.

Highly organized, process‑driven, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong communication and partnership skills; ability to work closely with leadership to translate vision into execution.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
