About The Role We're looking for a high‑agency Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale Glimpse's inbound engine. You'll be responsible for driving top‑of‑funnel demand generation through a mix of paid channels, organic content, and rapid experimentation – all focused on one goal: generating qualified meetings and pipeline value.

This role requires a builder mentality. You'll own the full inbound motion from strategy through execution, running experiments across paid and organic channels, creating content that actually converts, and optimizing every dollar and hour for maximum pipeline impact. You'll work directly with the founders, product team, and GTM team to test, iterate, and scale what works.

What You'll Do Own Paid Acquisition & Performance Marketing Manage and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting to drive qualified pipeline.

Run continuous experiments across ad copy, creative, landing pages, and targeting to improve CAC and conversion rates.

Own tracking across channels, reporting directly on pipeline ROI.

Drive Organic Content for Demand Generation

Create and execute content programs that generate measurable meetings and pipeline value: webinars, guides, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts.

Execute consistent content releases across channels including our resource hub, LinkedIn page, and CEO social account to build category authority and drive measurable inbound interest.

Design content experiments across formats and channels, measuring impact on demo requests and pipeline creation.

Scale Discoverability Through SEO & AI Search

Own and execute SEO strategy to drive organic demo signups.

Build and optimize content for AI search engines (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude) to capture intent in new channels.

Implement technical SEO best practices and track performance across channels.

Build Systems for Experimentation

Ship experiments weekly: new landing pages, content formats, distribution channels, conversion tactics – whatever to drive awareness and conversion.

Instrument the funnel with proper attribution and analytics to understand what's driving pipeline.

Run A/B tests on messaging, positioning, and value props across paid and organic channels.

Proactively identify bottlenecks in the funnel and iterate solutions rapidly.

Who You Are Required:

3+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing roles at B2B SaaS companies (startup experience strongly preferred).

Hands‑on experience managing paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) with measurable ROI.

Excellent writer with a clear, compelling voice – you know how to translate complex product value into crisp messaging and are allergic to AI slop.

Data‑driven mindset and commercially minded: comfortable with CAC, conversion rates, attribution models, and funnel metrics.

High agency and bias toward action: you see an opportunity, design the test, and ship it.

Bonus:

Experience with AI search optimization (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude) and understanding how to optimize for LLM‑driven discovery.

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and lifecycle marketing.

Experience marketing to CPG brands, retail, or vertical SaaS audiences.

Background in account‑based marketing or enterprise demand generation.

Comfortable with basic design tools (Figma, Canva) to move quickly on creative iterations.

Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics) and SEO platforms.
