
Responsibilities
Stewarding the negotiations and purchasing of national Direct Response based broadcast and cable activity Buy management inclusive of managing pre/post log sheet, order confirmations, and oversee any clearance issues Oversee billing and invoicing which includes requesting and collecting invoices, reconciling invoices, and resolving credits Monitor our BVS airings, upload daily spend, and update reporting pivot Handling traffic requirements which include Phone Number assignments, test calls, tape requests, and traffic instructions/confirmations Manage research and planning which includes monitoring new competitive campaigns and new creatives, weekly competitive network and daypart reports, oversee campaign research for new and ongoing case types Requirements
2-3 years of experience in Direct Response campaign management Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in advertising or marketing Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Collaborative, team player mindset while being self-sufficient Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with CORE, Primelingo, Kantar, and DRMetrix Detail-oriented, able to multitask and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred
