Responsibilities
Term position (November 2025 through November 2026) providing administrative, logistical, and programmatic guidance and support for the Women’s Center and the Cultural Centers during a staff transition.
Primary point of contact for the Women’s Center; respond to inquiries and coordinate responses to requests and collaborative proposals.
Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the Women’s Center student staff; generate ideas for programming and establish a structure for planning and implementation.
Provide general support to the Office of Student Equity and Inclusion (OSEI) team, including the Disability Cultural Center, LGBTQ Resource Center, and Center for Multicultural Equity and Access.
Plan and implement weekly social events; oversee student staff at the front desk; coordinate and order supplies; manage suite maintenance requests and follow up; and perform other administrative and logistical tasks.
Work Interactions
Reports to the Associate Vice President, Student Affairs and supervises Women’s Center student employees.
When the Senior Director, Student Formation is hired, reports to the Senior Director.
Collaborates with the Disability Cultural Center and the LGBTQ Resource Center; supports shared space and resources with the Center for Multicultural Equity and Access in the OSEI New South office suite.
Interacts significantly with students, student groups, and alumni.
Qualifications This position requires a Master’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of related experience as a higher education administrator or working with gender equity programs.

Pay Range The projected salary range is $47,586.00 – $87,558.13. Compensation is determined by factors including candidate qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs.
