DACH EPM Growth & Strategy Lead

A leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consultancy is expanding internationally and is now seeking a Manager (ideally based in Berlin) to grow its presence in the DACH region. This role sits at the centre of their next phase of growth and focuses on building a strong EPM capability while developing the organisation’s market position across the DACH countries. You will lead the effort to introduce and scale the consultancy’s EPM services locally. This includes shaping the commercial strategy, identifying opportunities, and developing long-term client relationships. Requirements for the role: 6 plus years in EPM, with knowledge of range of leading applications (OneStream, SAP, Anaplan, Tagetik etc…) Strong background in business development or consulting within Finance, EPM, or related advisory fields in the DACH market. Experience in leading teams, managing partner ecosystems, and establishing a market presence is important. Strong relationship-building skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and fluency in German and English are essential for the role.
