Golf Course Maintenance Staff open position. Hiwan Golf Club in Evergreen Colorado is looking to hire full-time and part-time seasonal maintenance staff for the 2026 golf season. This position is for anyone who enjoys watching the sun rise and working outside. All candidates should have a good attitude and strong work ethic. Golf course experience is preferred but not necessary.
Job Details
Working in the golf course maintenance department requires that all candidates be punctual and able to do physical labor in varied weather conditions.
Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds, walk 4-5 miles a day and operate golf course equipment.
All candidates will be trained in each job task.
Responsibilities include general maintenance on the golf course, hand raking bunkers, mowing of greens, tees and fairways and the operation of hand power tools.
Hours of operation M-F 5:30am-1:30pm and every other weekend 5:30-9:30am.
Full-time hours 40+ hours per week
Part-time hours can vary depending on availability. Weekend shifts are available.
Benefits Uniforms, golfing privileges when available and 1 free meal during shift (Tuesday-Friday).
Pay Starting pay $22.00+ per hour.
