
Our client is seeking a Product Marketing Manager with B2B and/or B2B2C experience. They will lead marketing plans, shape product roadmaps, and engage customers to increase bookings focused on a specific product, along with supporting ad‑hoc B2B marketing strategies for high growth verticals. The product they will be working on is B2B2C that helps organizations sponsor rides for their employees, customers, or community members across companies, universities, healthcare providers, and other organizations.

Responsibilities
Own messaging, segmentation, product positioning, competitive research, and insights
Develop and run B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies in partnership with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive product awareness, adoption, and bookings
Serve as the voice of the customer, leveraging research and insights to influence the product roadmap and elevate the end-to-end customer experience
Partner with Product and Growth Marketing to design compelling customer journeys that drive engagement and usage
Lead cross‑functional, cross‑channel marketing campaigns to achieve growth objectives for product launches and ongoing initiatives
Support ad‑hoc, broader B2B marketing & sales enablement activities to scale bookings with high growth audiences such as transit, employee commute, education, and automotive customers.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in product marketing
2+ years experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing
Analytical thinker with experience in data‑driven marketing
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross‑functionally with analytical, creative, and technical teams
Experience in applying market insights to inform and optimize the product experience
Sales enablement experience
Strong Excel and analytical skills; SQL skills a plus
Very strong written communication skills
Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with a bias towards action
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Compensation: $75 – $110 per hour
