Position Overview The Account Executive plays a critical role in onboarding, training, and activating newly contracted agents, ensuring they are fully equipped to succeed with NCD’s products.
This role focuses on proactive outreach, training delivery, event engagement, and gradually expanding account management responsibilities. The Account Executive also serves as a liaison between Sales and Agent Support, ensuring escalated concerns are routed appropriately and resolved efficiently.
Selected active‑duty service members will begin in a structured SkillBridge training and onboarding period prior to separation from the military. Upon completion of military service, the participant will transition into full‑time employment with NCD in this role.
What You’ll Do
Conduct outbound outreach to newly contracted agents to guide them through onboarding and activation.
Contact warm leads and prospective agents to educate them on NCD’s offerings and drive contracting.
Work industry conferences and networking events, representing NCD and generating leads.
Facilitate small‑group onboarding workshops (virtual or in‑person).
Lead weekly product and training webinars.
Support themed monthly call campaigns to gather agent feedback and improve sales strategy.
Take ownership of a small portfolio of agent accounts, supporting production and growth.
Implement structured post‑event follow‑ups to convert leads into contracted agents.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Agent Support and Sales leadership to resolve escalated concerns.
Track outreach, production metrics, and engagement activities within CRM systems.
Structured Onboarding & Training During the SkillBridge period, participants will:
Complete structured training on NCD products, carrier partnerships, and sales processes.
Learn agent lifecycle management and activation strategy.
Receive CRM and sales enablement system training.
Shadow experienced Account Executives on outreach calls and training sessions.
Gradually begin conducting outbound calls and training webinars with coaching support.
Attend industry events (when applicable) alongside experienced team members.
Receive regular feedback and performance development guidance.

Insurance license (Life & Health) preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire.
Willingness to travel to industry events and conferences.
