AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT Rydell of Independence – Independence, IA Full-Time | Exempt $50,000 – $120,000+ Per Year $3,000/Month Guaranteed for the First 3 Months

What You Will Do As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will build relationships, guide customers through the buying process, and deliver an exceptional vehicle purchasing experience.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Building lasting relationships and creating customers for life

Assisting customers in selecting vehicles by listening and asking thoughtful questions

Becoming a product expert on all vehicle models, packages, and technology

Conducting professional, high-quality vehicle demonstrationsli>

Following up with buyers to generate referral and repeat business

Learning to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations

Reporting to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and performance

Maintaining a positive, high-energy attitude every day

What It Takes to Win Here Required — Non-Negotiable:

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

High energy and self-motivation

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Preferred:

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service (not required)
