We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Sales Consultant
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is driven, professional, and passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs. Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Explain pricing, financing options, and dealership promotions
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, features, and promotions
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information
Qualifications
Previous automotive sales experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Professional appearance and demeanor
Basic computer and CRM proficiency
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
