
Compensation Consulting Senior Associate (Global Employer Solutions)

Grant Thornton LLP is seeking a Compensation Consulting Senior Associate to join our growing Compensation practice. In this role, you will support clients across industries by advising on a wide range of compensation programs, with a focus on executive compensation.

Your day-to-day may include:
Benchmarking executive compensation, broad-based compensation, sales compensation, and/or physician compensation and developing recommendations based on comprehensive market analysis
Supporting the design, implementation, administration of short- and long-term incentive plans, deferred compensation arrangements, and salary structures
Conducting compensation diligence and integration support for M&A transactions
Executing project plans, preparing client deliverables, and supporting marketing efforts
Working closely with project teams to deliver an integrated approach to client service
Performing other duties as assigned by the partners, managing directors, senior managers, directors and/or managers
You have the following technical skills and qualifications:
1-4 years of related work experience in compensation and consulting
Education requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university. Advanced degree or professional designation preferred but not required, e.g., J.D., C.P.A. CCP, PHR
Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality client service, with a strong client-facing mindset and focus on relationship management
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software, namely Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to effectively prioritize work assignments based on internal/external deadlines and competing client demands
Able to work independently while also contributing to team environment
Ability to supervise staff and lead engagements
Ability to travel as needed
