Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Estimator based in Dallas, TX. This role is critical to our preconstruction efforts, leading detailed cost estimating and budgeting across multiple projects. You’ll prepare quantity take-offs, review subcontractor proposals, and develop competitive pricing strategies that protect both quality and margin.
Working closely with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal partners, you’ll help drive projects forward from concept to execution—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and overall project success.
Qualifications
Proficiency in construction estimating and performing accurate quantity take-offs
Strong understanding of cost management and budgeting principles
Relevant experience in construction or multifamily development
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem‑solving abilities
Proficiency in construction‑related software and tools is a plus
