We are seeking an experienced sales representative with a good understanding of the market dynamics for medical devices, especially within Germany.

Key Responsibilities

Execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth across Germany

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including physicians, hospitals, sleep clinics, and other healthcare providers

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's market

Contribute to the development and implementation of sales processes, tools, and systems to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing, product development, and customer success initiatives

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and sales strategies

Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to the management team

Qualifications & Experience

Educational background in Business or Marketing, or alternatively in Engineering (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Biomedical Engineering), Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.

Knowledge of the sleep market is considered an advantage, but is not a mandatory requirement.

Proven sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.

Fluent in both German and English. Full professional proficiency in both languages is a key requirement.

Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 60% travel, 40% home office).

Demonstrated track record of successfully driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Experience developing and implementing sales strategies, processes, and systems.

Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business success.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
