To further drive this growth, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and self-driven Account Manager Germany, with a focus on ground-mounted solar parks, utility-scale BESS and large rooftop installations.

Your role As Account Manager Germany, you are responsible for the full commercial development of the German market. You will work from our Eindhoven office, closely together with one direct colleague. The team is small, but the impact is significant — which is why a good personal fit, open communication and independence are essential.
You move comfortably between strategy and execution: from market analysis to contract negotiations, and from customer relationships to internal coordination.
Your responsibilities:
Actively identify and analyze market potential, pricing levels and market trends
Further develop existing client relationships and acquire new customers
Take responsibility for sales and business development within utility-scale PV, BESS and large rooftop projects
Develop and execute the annual sales plan and achieve commercial targets
Lead and coordinate internal teams (engineering, legal, project management) on a project basis
Represent Greenbuddies at senior management level in Germany
Who are we looking for? You are a commercial professional who feels comfortable in complex B2B sales processes with high contract values. You combine strategic insight with a hands‑on mentality and know how to build trust at executive and ownership level.
You bring:
At least 2 years of experience in a comparable commercial role
Proven B2B sales experience with projects of similar scale
Strong negotiation skills at senior management level
Demonstrable commercial success and a results‑driven mindset
Sufficient management skills to steer internal teams and projects
A proactive, independent and structured way of working
Fluent German (C1) and English — Dutch is a plus
