
Role Overview
CG Infinity is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect who will be responsible for designing, governing, and delivering robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions for our clients. With 10 years of experience, this architect plays a critical role in shaping solution strategy, leading delivery teams, and ensuring that every Salesforce implementation aligns with CG Infinity’s commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and long‑term client partnership.
Key Responsibilities Client & Delivery Leadership
Serve as the trusted technical advisor to clients, guiding them through Salesforce capabilities, architectural decisions, and solution trade‑offs.
Lead discovery sessions, requirement refinement, and architecture workshops to align business needs with platform capabilities.
Partner with project managers, engagement leads, and client stakeholders to ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business leaders, executives, and non‑technical stakeholders.
Solution Architecture & Design
Define end‑to‑end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and custom solutions.
Develop architectural blueprints, integration patterns, data models, and security frameworks aligned with enterprise standards.
Ensure the solution is future‑ready, maintainable, and designed with CG Infinity best practices in mind.
Govern platform configuration, custom development, and third‑party integrations to ensure architectural consistency.
Technical Execution & Oversight
Lead development teams (onshore/offshore) across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and API development.
Perform rigorous code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and mentor developers on architectural patterns.
Resolve complex technical problems across Salesforce and integrated systems, ensuring stability and reliability.
Drive performance tuning, scalability assessments, and platform optimization.
Integration & Data Strategy
Architect enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, middleware, event‑driven architectures, and external systems.
Lead data migration strategies—including mapping, cleansing, orchestration, and rollout planning.
Establish data governance, data quality frameworks, and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Quality, Security & Compliance
Enforce CG Infinity standards for platform governance, security models, and compliance frameworks.
Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, and role-based access aligned with client needs.
Ensure test coverage, automated validation, observability practices, and production readiness.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience delivering large‑scale Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
Strong background in solution architecture, integration design, and multi‑cloud implementations.
Deep technical expertise with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce, API frameworks, and platform automation.
Extensive experience leading technical teams and delivering in agile, client‑focused environments.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred certifications: Salesforce Technical Architect (CTA), System Architect, Application Architect, Platform Developer II.
