is currently seeking an NCLEX and Student Retention Coordinator, Temporary/Interim for the Vocational Nursing Program at our Sacramento, CA Campus. This is an on-campus position at our Sacramento Campus. Gurnick Academy is a leading Bay Area private healthcare college offering an extensive variety of Nursing, Allied healthcare, and Imaging programs. Annual Salary Range , Full-time: $89,000 – $110,000 Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Flexible Spending Accounts (Health, Dependent Care, Transit & Parking) Health Savings Account (HSA) with enrollment in a qualified medical plan Paid time off Basic Function The primary function of the NCLEX and Student Retention Coordinator, Temporary/Interim requires a working knowledge of advising, retention, and student success strategies. Knowledge of the mission and philosophy of the school of nursing is important. The position requires a collaborative partnership with the VN Program Director, VN Staff and Faculty, and Student Services Department.
