Position: Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities

Accurately enter data into company database and systems

Verify and correct any errors in data entry

Maintain confidentiality and security of all data

Organize and file physical and electronic documents

Communicate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of data

Perform regular backups of data to ensure data integrity

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in data entry or related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
