We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. This individual will drive lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness for our clients by leveraging a deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and a proactive approach to maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Development:

Develop and manage comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with client goals, such as lead generation for moving companies.

Research:

Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.

Ad Platform Management:

Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, LSAs), social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and other relevant networks.

Account Setup:

Configure ad accounts, campaigns, ad groups, and individual ads.

Creative & Copywriting:

Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams for visual assets.

A/B Testing:

Conduct testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.

Budget & Bidding:

Monitor advertising budgets to ensure optimal spend and implement bidding strategies to achieve performance targets.

Performance Optimization:

Continuously monitor metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR) and implement timely optimizations based on data analysis.

Reporting:

Generate detailed performance reports for clients and communicate results clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.

Industry Trends:

Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes and proactively recommend new technologies to enhance performance.

Qualifications

Experience:

3+ years preferred in managing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.

Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in setting up various campaign types, including Search, Display, Video, and Lead Generation.

Knowledge:

Excellent understanding of bidding strategies, keyword research, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.

Tools:

Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal skills for client reporting and collaboration.

Certifications:

Certifications in Google Ads (Search, Display) are a significant plus.

Working Hours:

PST (Aligned with US business hours)

Environment:

Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
