About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on Demand Generation & Integrated Marketing Director to drive pipeline growth through data‑driven, multi‑channel marketing programs. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics—owning integrated campaigns that align brand, content, performance marketing, and sales enablement to move prospects through the funnel.
You’ll be responsible for designing and executing campaigns that generate measurable demand, accelerate revenue, and create a cohesive customer experience across channels.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end demand generation strategy, from awareness through conversion and pipeline acceleration
Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, events, paid media, ABM, and partnerships
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and RevOps to align messaging, targeting, and goals
Build and manage campaign frameworks, timelines, and budgets
Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies based on ICPs, personas, and buying stages
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, CAC, and ROI
Optimize marketing automation, lead scoring, nurturing, and attribution models
Test and iterate continuously—messaging, channels, offers, and creative
Ensure consistent brand and narrative across all touchpoints
Requirements What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, or growth marketing
Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through multi‑channel campaigns
Strong understanding of the full B2B or B2C funnel (depending on your org)
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
Highly analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions
Excellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Strong communication skills—able to translate strategy into action
Comfortable balancing big‑picture thinking with hands‑on execution
Nice to Have
Experience with ABM strategies and tools
Familiarity with paid media and performance marketing
Experience scaling demand gen programs in a high‑growth environment
Background in security industry or target market
