
Position Summary
Responds to customer’s inquiries or complaints regarding company’s products or services. Monitors internal performance to due date, highlights concerns internally in order to prevent a delinquent shipment. May have to communicate to customer of a pending delinquency, reasons why, and present a recovery plan. Determines best method to resolve complex customer service problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. Coordinates information to promote sales and resolve problems. Informs customers of procedures or resolution of problem. Follows up to ensure customer satisfaction. Makes periodic calls to existing customers to determine satisfaction with the company, products or services. May sell company products by either inbound or outbound telephone calls. Maintains database records of customer and product information and prepare reports. Communicates with customer buyers if items are not being consumed in accordance with contract expectations. Coordinates with customer source representatives during on site visits. Position requires a thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, products and services.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Computer skills: proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic navigation and chart generation.
Understanding of Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) and its impact on production and logistics.
English reading and writing proficiency.
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Problem‑solving skills and ability to learn operational processes and seek answers for customer questions.
Pay Transparency The salary information is a general guideline only. A wide range of factors are considered when extending an offer, such as job‑related knowledge and skills, qualifications, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations. Other forms of pay (e.g., bonus or long‑term incentive) may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
Pay range:
$22 - $28 USD
