We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex multi‑channel cross‑functional marketing programs for Worldwide Grocery Stores. This role combines strategic portfolio management, directing the planning and execution of creative projects supporting enterprise‑level business initiatives within Global Marketing. This role partners with Whole Foods Market and Amazon Worldwide Grocery stakeholders, Product, Brand Creative, Channel, and Tech teams to lead the planning and execution of creative projects supporting high profile and high impact business initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at integrating and managing multiple large‑scale projects, owning schedules, identifying and communicating key milestones, communicating with a diverse stakeholder group, and trafficking final deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

Portfolio and Program Management Oversee a complex portfolio of marketing initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal resource allocation Lead the most complex, high‑impact programs within Global Marketing, focusing on enterprise‑level omnichannel customer experiences Develop and implement strategic project management methodologies across the team to optimize performance and simplify ways of working

Strategic Leadership and Stakeholder Management Partner with senior leadership to shape strategic initiatives and drive organizational change Influence executive‑level decision‑making to align portfolio outcomes with marketing goals Build and maintain strategic relationships across the organization to facilitate program success Lead strategic planning sessions and portfolio reviews with senior stakeholders

Operational Excellence and Risk Management Design and implement scalable project management processes and best practices across the team Oversee portfolio risk management strategies and mitigation plans Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the project management organization Manage resource allocation across multiple programs and projects Establish portfolio governance frameworks and ensure consistent project delivery standards

About the team Whole Foods Market is part of Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS), delivering quality food and innovative shopping experiences to customers across multiple brands and channels. Our integrated marketing operations team supports both brands in creating impactful marketing initiatives at scale.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience

Bachelor's degree, or PMP certificate

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non‑tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

3+ years of driving process improvements experience

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Compensation and Benefits The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
