Job Description
Location: LINTHICUM,MD 21090 Duration: 12 months with possible extension should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets, configure and install common applications and install/remove desktop PCs and monitors. Remote take-over skills a plus. Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as ability to interact positively with clients. Candidates should have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various local sites (on request only if client wants )
