Position:

Full-time Medical Call-Center Representative (on-site) at Marlton, NJ. Role:

This position ensures Ennoble Care provides high-quality care services. You will work with clinicians, staff, and patients to reach healthcare goals and maintain open lines of communication. You should be compassionate, organized, and service-focused, ensuring patients’ immediate needs are addressed. Key Responsibilities

Frequent contact with patients to provide support and manage compliance with care management programs to increase positive outcomes Document all client communications (verbal or written) accurately Communicate from Primary Care Clinician or designee regarding patient emergent needs and/or life-threatening episodes to ensure comprehensive care plans are complete and accurate Collaborate with cross-organizational areas to meet the needs of Ennoble Care’s patients, their families, and partner facilities Become skilled at using technology including secure email, telephone system, and electronic medical records Adhere to documentation protocols and best practices for daily work logs, escalation of client issues, and internal communications Provide excellent customer service evidenced by positive feedback from patients and customers Contribute as a positive team member to support all teammates in a productive and constructive manner Qualifications

Comfortable speaking on the phone for large portions of the day Compassionate and empathetic toward patients with exceptional customer service Ability to take accurate notes and document tasks in a timely manner Ability to multitask between different patients and workstreams while staying organized and efficient Thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using a computer, including Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs Ability to pass a drug screen and background check; positive attitude; adaptable to change; team player; willingness to learn new skills continuously Nice to have: Knowledge of basic healthcare terms, conditions, roles, and basic care principles Compensation : Starting at $17 per hour Note : THIS IS A FULL-TIME, ON-SITE POSITION.
